Job Description - Laborers will perform manual labor tasks on-site to include, digging, raking, seeding, placement of erosion matting, dewatering, site clean-up, clearing and grubbing and operation of secondary equipment, such as track-loaders and off-road hauling trucks. Laborers will operate grade rods and laser levels to assist Operator with excavation and grading. Project sites will be located all over Maryland with a focus on the Baltimore-Washington DC Corridor.


Job Requirements - This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in ecological construction, including stormwater management, stream restoration, wetland enhancement, shoreline stabilization or similar construction activities. Valid Driver’s License and transportation to site required.


Compensation - $14 to $18 per hour depending on experience. Health Insurance paid for by employer after trial period.
